Poor Customer Service 3/9/2011

Had my saddle dropped off with a verbal understanding that it would be a two week turn around. At the end of two weeks I was told by the owner it would be the following week. Three weeks later I still don't have the saddle repaired even though I had to pre-pay! Still waiting for a refund. The owner was very difficult to work with and really didn't seem to care that she lost a sale. Definitely would not do business with them again. Very poor customer service. more

Outstanding work & quality 3/4/2011

They have made custom chaps, 1/2 chaps and a saddle for my family. All are outstanding. My 1/2 chaps are years & years old and I still wear them. My daughters saddle is the best ever - she loves it. I have only good things to report - they are friendly, honest, do great work and have helped us fit several hard to fit horses.\r \r Top Notch all the way! more

Awesome work!! 5/1/2010

I took a 7 year old (lightly used) pull on pair of Ariat Crown Field boots to Tenney's while I was in Ocala to have zippers put in. I was a little hesitant at first because I LOVE my boots. But once I got them back (yes, they shipped them back to me!) I knew I had made the right decision! They look BEAUTIFUL! They fit perfectly! And, they even shined them up for me! I am so pleased, I can't find the words! Thanks so much for a fantastic job!! Pros: Beautiful work!! Cons: They're not near me! more

Fantastically Helpful 8/16/2008

Super helpful. Called about 30 minutes before they closed looking for a curb chain and the woman not only found it, waited for me to get there but had it ready for me to buy. Very comfortable, helpful environment with superior variety. Will definitely make this my tack shop of choice from this point on. Pros: Convenient, helpful, variety Cons: not open past 6pm more

TRUE H/J shop with GREAT selection 8/13/2008

I recently moved to Florida from NC and have been searching for a classic H/J tack shop. This shop is awesome! Very well organized, tons of selection, and INCREDIBLE options for custom work. I bought a new helmet...my daughter went off to college and took my GPA. I found the owners to be very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and super interested in answering all my questions. I will definitely shop here again! I felt very much at home. Pros: selection, staff, knowledge, custom options more
