Office staff including practice owner are incredibly unprofessional. I was upset and frustrated due to being referred to another office a periodontist just to find out that I was going to have to pay them to confirm what was already diagnosed, instead of just being able to go in for the deep root scaling/cleaning procedure. When I called Golden view to discuss this I was hung up on by receptionist and then practice owner got on phone and said she didn't make anything off of me because I'm a part of an HMO. This is a bad business that doesn't appreciate HMO business and don't ever call with a question let alone show any frustration because you'll be made to feel ignorant for anything you say. Better off going to another dentist.
