Disregard the gentlemen who complained about poor customer service, as he was probably the problem! My wife & I have used this dentist regularly for several years now and they are excellent because they keep current on technology. Their cleaning service is above most other dentists and when you need quality service, they know what they are doing. Most importantly, they strive to make procedures painless! Everyone at this business is friendly and make an effort to interact with their customers, which reduces the tension associated with going to the dentist.\r \r more

Experienced and gentle 5/31/2011

We have been to several dentists in the area, including pediatric dentists, and this office far exceeded our expectations. They are gentle and experienced! Me, my husband and four kids have all had work done and no one is scared of going here. My 10 yr old says she loves them and she has had some difficult times with other dentists in the past. Only good people at this office. They will get you taken care of! I recommend them to others often. more

Golden View Dental - Miles ahead of other Dentists 3/18/2011

This office is well staffed with friendly people, the receptionists and assistants are more then happy to help with any questions or concerns you might have. I have been to other Dentists and have never received a better cleaning. The hygienist was friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth, they felt and looked cleaned. I had one cavity and they scheduled me for a filling within a week of my cleaning. I highly recommend this office!!! Very professional, very nice, and great people! more

Golden View Dental - Poor Customer Service 3/15/2011

Office staff including practice owner are incredibly unprofessional. I was upset and frustrated due to being referred to another office a periodontist just to find out that I was going to have to pay them to confirm what was already diagnosed, instead of just being able to go in for the deep root scaling/cleaning procedure. When I called Golden view to discuss this I was hung up on by receptionist and then practice owner got on phone and said she didn't make anything off of me because I'm a part of an HMO. This is a bad business that doesn't appreciate HMO business and don't ever call with a question let alone show any frustration because you'll be made to feel ignorant for anything you say. Better off going to another dentist. more
