Poor customer service 3/28/2011

I drove to Keith's to return a horse item. I was told that I could return it if I had the receipt and the product was not dirty. I specifically asked if I could return because I was not sure the horse boot would fit. I followed the instructions and then was told that they changed their policy. They would not accept my return, nor give me a store credit or anything. She just kept saying no. No flexibility, No desire to try to solve this problem. Just NO. In the past they have been friendly but things have changed. more
