Yesterday, I returned a bridle to the Keith's shop that I bought at the Keith's booth at the Equine Affaire. I asked AT the equine affaire about the return policy, and I was told that I could return the bridle in 30 days provided it wasn't used and I had the receipt. Sure enough, the bridle didn't fit my horse's fat head, and I was able to SUCCESSFULLY return it at the base store. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and the employee I spoke with even spent a considerable amount of time helping me pick out my first bit. Can't imagine why justmyway had such an issue, unless they had buyer's remorse a year later :)
