Nate Gustafson is a great service advisor! He answered his phone, recognized who I was, listened to the problem and was able to get my vehicle in for service right away - and provide me with a loaner car. The service technician was able to diagnose and perform the necessary repairs and I had my vehicle back in time for the holiday week-end. Pam, the cashier, was warm and friendly. These folks made me valued as a customer.
