My wife and I received our delivery yesterday, and we couldn't be more pleased.... from start to finish. As I went to praise the store, I couldn't help but notice the comment from wahoos99. Being a fellow wahoo, I am surprised of your lack of business acumen. Furthermore, you reference 24 weeks and then you reference 20 weeks... which is it? Don't get me wrong, I agree with the general discontent with a delay, but to insinuate that the retailer created the dilemma is appalling. Unfortunately delays with ordered product can occur, often times the delay becomes apparent close to the ship date. I suppose I'm a little sensitive to their ignorance, for one, they graduated from Mr. Jefferson's university... thus I'd expect more insight from them, plus my mother has owned a retail store in Crozet for over 20 years and she occasionally has these challenges. Come on people, blaming a retailer because the product was delayed, you need to go back to school.
