This is by far the single worst shopping and customer service experience I have ever had. I'm shocked at how this company can stay in business. They are not honest and upfront about their delivery times or issues and if you dare call to check on the status of something they are rude and treat you like there is something wrong with you. My mom ordered a glidder for us and I had to call 3 times to try to get the status, they never called us once. They were past their 12 week delivery quote and spoke to me like I was a huge inconvenience. When the chair finally arrived they told me I had to give them 24-48 hours notice of when we would pick it up. If they would have refunded our money I would have canceled the order, but they wouldn't. It was hard enough to get help in the store, but when we finally did they were happy to take our money and then not at all helpful after they had been paid. I also found this store to be extremely overpriced. We looked a bedding there and they were charging $170, I found the same bedding online through Amazon and several other stores for $100. Luckily I didn't buy the bedding because they told me that if I got it home and didn't like it, they wouldn't allow me to return it. There is no way for my to express how appalled I am by this store and their staff. I will never buy anything here again, wish I never had and wish there was a way to warn everyone to stay away!
