The selection is, in fact, excellent and the sales reps were very accommodating, but service after the sale was very poor. \r
The store is very clear that the time for delivery of 6-12 weeks is only an estimate and is subject to change. What they don't tell you is that it might be more like 24 weeks than 12 for your order to arrive, then another week or two for them to deliver the furniture to their delivery company for shipping. And they don't tell you that you'll have to call them to find out the bad news about the delays. \r
Perhaps instead of such a large selection, this company should consider shrinking its selection to only those suppliers with reliable supply and delivery logistics.\r
It was very disappointing for us to have waited 20 weeks from the time of our order until the date of delivery. It was even more disappointing to find after that extensive wait that the sales rep had misordered one of the pieces.\r
The only way I would consider doing business with this company again would be to buy a clearance item that they have in stock, on the showroom floor. Otherwise, you're truly rolling the dice.
