I have lived in Austin (and now Round Rock) for my entire life. I have been to NYC, Chicago and L.A. Susan Hart gives all of the big cities' salons and day spas a run for their money! I couldn't believe that I was in Round Rock to say the least! I was greeted by a very handsome, polished and pleasantly presentable gentleman. His name is Chris Adams and he is the Sales Director (I had to look at his business card to remember his job title). He asked me if I would like a drink and a tour after I was finished browsing their lovely hair accessories and clothing. He then informed me that they are putting together their next clothing order soon. This place does custom make-up! Apparently Susan (the owner) wasn't in the store at the moment, but she can create make-up of any type and shade. He continued to show me their very impressive salon, tanning, day spa rooms and a VIP room. ""You have a VIP in Round Rock?"" I asked. He sweetly told me it was for brides, ladies events or any special party. I asked him who should do my hair and he asked me several questions. He thought about it for a moment and prescribed Mandy (the salon manager). He proceeded to take me back downstairs and introduced me to Mandy. She was a cute as could be! Beautiful, vibrant red hair and an adorable little smile! We talked for a minute, laughed and I was casually taken up front. Chris set my appointment and gave me all of their gorgeous business cards. I can't wait to meet with the rest of this classy, polished group (Especially Susan. These people already feel like my friends)! Keep it up Susan Hart! Downtown Austin (where I usually have my hair done) will be traveling up here for their hair before too long! Thank you!
