I went to Susan Hart salon today as a new walk in client, the salon itself is beautiful, I was slightly turned off because of the lack of help when I walked in, but I cant lie I was also very much turned on by the crystal chandelier hanging in the front window. A young gentlemen finally noticed I was standing up front and rushed over to greet me however he did seem slightly panicked/overwhelmed none the less he was nice and he set me up an appointment with Mandy! I was so excited for my new hair and best of all so was my stylist we talked about all my options and I couldn't wait to get started. About and hour and a half later and a little bit of Magic from Mandy I was done and I felt amazing! everything is flawless and best of all Mandy showed me what to use, and how to style my hair so I can look and feel as good as I did at the salon everyday, Normally I don't have much luck with that but I have been successful at doing my hair on my own for the first time in my life! my experience was truly magical and Mandy is such a blessing! so five stars for her and the salon even if the front desk is slightly un-organized, they are lucky Mandy is so good that I am willing to over look the other small flaws...
