Financing manager snuck two warranties (tire & key replacement) into the final price of the car. When asked if we wanted these two warranties, we said no, and he said they wouldn't cost anything and that they were included. Little did we know, he just snuck them into the final price of the car.
When, I called to ask about the discrepancy and lack of documented price, he actually yelled at me on the phone and was extremely rude. He never once brought up the fact that I do have 60 days to cancel the warranties. Said I'm just one of thousands of customer's he deals with, are you kidding me who says that? Not someone you want to buy a car from. The financial services department at this dealership is extremely deceiving and very difficult to get in touch with. Strongly recommend considering a different dealership!
