Toyota of Hackensack

I bought 2011 camry here I decided to buy just because I was close to this dealer ship, but I had a very bitter experience with the people here in this place. they are no professionals, cheaters and liars why I say because, first the sales man said the price of car is $18500, and altered the price to $22,000 but acted well to be friendly with me and as soon as the deal is made the sales man started behaving like a idiot commenting and talking nonsense..\r and the Michael Finn the financial manger is another cheater.. he made me to sit for almost 1hr and as soon I was called inside his cabin, he started hastily and has to leave immediately to home, and never explained and didnt let me even to go thru the papers.. shouting and confusing the customer.. I said the price has tobe 18500 but he altered the price $22,000 almost ended up paying $3000 higher than the deal.. and when I call him to talk about this price he says that as If he sold for free.. \r later with the service dept. my car engine failed in 2 months from purchase and as I purchased 5 yr warranty, it was covered. but no loner when I went to their dealership for asking for a loner car, they said they dont have one.. very rude behavior.. totally unprofessional response.. When I visited Toyota of Hackensack for the first time, it was not under the best of circumstances - I was shopping for a replacement for my beloved 1995 Camry that I lost in an accident.
