I have watched Schneider's go down the drain over many years. Quality was the first thing I noticed and now they are completely lacking in customer care.
The online and telephone customer service it the worst. I do not recommend buying anything expensive, like a saddle online, or over the phone. They really don't seem to want to help at all. Totally disrespectful!
