Poor Customer Service and Poor Quality 3/28/2011

I have watched Schneider's go down the drain over many years. Quality was the first thing I noticed and now they are completely lacking in customer care. The online and telephone customer service it the worst. I do not recommend buying anything expensive, like a saddle online, or over the phone. They really don't seem to want to help at all. Totally disrespectful! more

Nice place to shop 9/8/2008

On our ""tack tour"" (there are 4 shops we stop at), we always stop at Schneiders. Pros: lots of stuff! good prices! Cons: heavily weighted towards western, and I ride english. more
