From the front desk point of view, it is a bit lacking. Been going here for a couple years and they are always mixed up when it comes to putting the insurance thru their system. Never worked, really. You need to be prepared to submit the receipts to your insurance yourself, if you can fit this into your schedule! I get the feeling the help is not very savvy on the computer. They also are a bit mixed up and tend to have customers stacked up for appts and waiting to get service/appt. The exam itself was fine and I have thus far come out with a functional set of glasses. Hopefully that continues. I hope that IF there was a problem with the fulfillment of glasses that they would ensure that the prescription is made good.
