I called them at 9:15 on a Fri, and was able to drop it off at 9:30 with a very typical 30-min paperwork/warranty overview. The rep (Chris) was professional and courteous, and set an expectation that I felt comfortable with (a possible overnight stay in the shop). They only have about 30 loaners and roughly 60-100cars come in daily, so I knew my chances of getting a loaner were slim. No biggy, I walked and road the bus...In the end, I picked my car up on Sat afternoon. All repairs had been made and the car washed (I watched this with my own eyes while standing out on 12th St.). A $50 warranty deductible and $20 bottle of leather cleaner later and I was on my way.
