It's so nice to walk into the State Farm office and the first thing I see is Sue's smiling face. When Sue says she will take care of something for me, I know I can count on her. Not only does she do a good job taking care of all my insurance stuff, but she takes a real interest in me personally and my family. Nobody likes to go see the insurance guy but Sue sure makes it a pleasant experience.
