We have been looking for a new car for about six weeks - mostly using an online car locator service. First, let me say in hindsight, I think we wasted six weeks. We should have instead just gone over to Mercedes Benz of Cary. Yesterday we paid exactly what we expected to pay for the vehicle we were looking for and didn't have to drive 150 miles to get it.
The best part of the car buying process was the sales associate we dealt with - Stanley James. It is not often that I encounter *any* sales person who conveys genuine interest in what we, the buyers are saying. He did. Stanley is friendly, genuine and will work to try to get you the deal that works best for MB of Cary and you, the buyer. He really gets the win/win sales process.
I'll be in the market for another car in the next few months and have already told Stanley what I'm looking for; asking him to keep me in mind if/when it comes in. I have little doubt he will and we'll have completed two car purchases within a very short period of time. I won't even bother with the other car dealers around here any more - I found a great dealership, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associates and outstanding pre-sales detailing - why should I?
