I called Owens Electric regarding outlet in family room was sparking. Jeff was at my home within 45 minutes. I was really worried about a fire starting so was pleased with immediate response. Jeff knew what kind of wiring was used in mobile homes and he suggested materials to be used on the other outlets in house to prevent them from sparking. i felt very safe after his work was completed and I felt the cost was reasonable.
