I was afraid of getting a quote from someone that I never met or that was not coming to my house but Phyllis was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She went over everything with me a couple of times to make sure that I did not miss anything. When the movers came they were very nice and very professional. They kept the move organized and got things packed and moved out pretty quickly. Once they had left, Phyllis called in to check on me and see how the move was going. It was nice to know that she was there with me through this whole experience. Most companies sign you up for stuff and then forget about you..Not this girl, or this company. I just received my furniture today and everything went great! I called Phyllis to let her know that my move was over and I was so happy to be in my new home. If you have to move you can depend on Nationwide. Especially when they have someone like Phyllis working there.
