After going to another local salon and having a horrible color experience, I decided to give Jay Andrews a call. I explained that I was very unhappy with the color done at another salon and I was hoping they would be able to fix it. Heather had me come in for a consultation the day before my appointment so that we could go over what exactly I was looking for. I went back the following day and Heather did the color and cut. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. It is exactly what I was looking for and my hair feels and looks healthy again. The salon is a very calming environment and the shampoo chairs are so comfortable and give a very relaxing back massage while you are being shampooed. The complimentary hand massage is definitely a great addition as well.
I would highly recommend Heather to anyone!! I will definitely be back to see her again.
