Bought my son a used Jetta to go back to school. No other dealers in Winchester had anything in our price range and generally wouldn't work with us. Gold Star found our Jetta at an auction and brought it in the next day. We had a few glitches (after all, it is a used car with an unknown history) but Thomas and Butch were upstanding in dealing with us and fixed what they said they would. In the 3 months we've owned it, I've put money into major maintenance items the car has needed, but they've also put major money into fixing defects that showed up immediately after delivery. It took some time, but the car's right now. I would deal with them again.
