I've been dealing with Thomas and his guys now for over 7 years now. I've bought three vehicles from them. I have nothing but praise for this dealership. Thomas will bend over backwards to help you with your purchase. He truly has been helpful to me in every purchase I've made with him. When I found something I wanted corrected he didn't hesitate to get it fixed. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET SCREWED OVER. I bought my car from them and less than 2 weeks later the sunroof stopped working, the back latch fell off, A/C stopped working, burning smell, and other things that came alone. Took the car into get the sunroof fixed and they couldn't help because they love to give excuses don't care about their customers. They buy auctioned cars and don't look over them, they just throw the junk on the lot with an over-priced sale sticker. Major mistake going here, I ended up trading my car into another dealership because I got tired of the problems. Thomas is a crook, and pretty much everyone was rude and not helpful besides my salesman Alex. Pay the extra money and go to a REAL dealership because in the long run it will be worth having a running/functional car. more

Bought my son a used Jetta to go back to school. No other dealers in Winchester had anything in our price range and generally wouldn't work with us. Gold Star found our Jetta at an auction and brought it in the next day. We had a few glitches (after all, it is a used car with an unknown history) but Thomas and Butch were upstanding in dealing with us and fixed what they said they would. In the 3 months we've owned it, I've put money into major maintenance items the car has needed, but they've also put major money into fixing defects that showed up immediately after delivery. It took some time, but the car's right now. I would deal with them again. more

Bought a car here last fall. Within the first 2 weeks had to return it 3 times to get ""fixed"". NEVER ran right and after 5 months finally blew up completely. They act like they have your best interest and they are doing everything they can for you but it is all an act. AVIOD AVOI AVOID!!! more
