Two of my very good friends had been going to Insignia for several year so when I moved to the Baltimore area I did not hesitate to check them out. I regularly see Jessi for a cut and color and she has always listened to what I wanted, has made suggestions based on the texture of my hair and the coloring in my skin (for hair color) and has asked for feedback which she uses to continue to provide me with the best cut and color. Dawn, the owner, is also a fantastic hair stylist and always makes you feel welcome in her shop.
