finally a great hair studio! 3/7/2011

Two of my very good friends had been going to Insignia for several year so when I moved to the Baltimore area I did not hesitate to check them out. I regularly see Jessi for a cut and color and she has always listened to what I wanted, has made suggestions based on the texture of my hair and the coloring in my skin (for hair color) and has asked for feedback which she uses to continue to provide me with the best cut and color. Dawn, the owner, is also a fantastic hair stylist and always makes you feel welcome in her shop. more

Awesome Full-Service Salon 6/23/2010

I love this place. I get my hair cut and colored there and it's never looked better. They take the time to talk to you and ask what you like/dislike while the service is taking place. Dawn really worked with me to get the colors right. And the head massage she gives when she shampoos - amazing!! Pros: Knowledgeable, professional staff, spa services more

Best Hair of my Life 6/22/2010

I've been getting my hair done at Insignia since it opened. Prior to finding Dawn (the owner of the salon) I'd been through dozens of stylists trying to find someone who could tame my hair and give me the hairstyle I wanted. Dawn really listened to what I wanted and gave me the best color and style I've ever had. People were stopping me on the street to compliment me on my haircut all the time after my first visit!
