I was put on a month long waiting list, but assured that my insurance was okay and I was ready to be seen. So, I waited because I wanted to go to a place that had specialists. When I showed up, they told me they had tried to call me (even though I show no records of a call on my phone bill) and that Dr. Brioles had decided to turn me down because I didn't answer my phone and he was ""picky about stuff like that.""
When I said that I didn't understand why he would turn me down for not answering my phone, they said it was because I cancelled.
Bottom line, they seem very confused and were very unprofessional. I still don't know if the doctor turned me down or there was some sort of clerical error, but I don't recommend going here unless you want a giant headache.
