Fit Body Boot Camp in SE Portland is the exact fitness routine I was looking for. Emily Johnson is an excellent personal trainer. The classes are small and intimate, so it feels like you have your very own personal trainer. The people are friendly and encouraging. I wanted to get on an exercise regime that was consistent and challenged what I can do. I wanted to push myself and see results from my hard work. I lost 10 pounds in just a few weeks. I absolutely love getting up early and going to boot camp. In fact I use to be very much a night person. I never thought I would be going to a 6am class, but now I can imagine doing it any other way. I have energy all through the day and feel amazing. I would highly recommend Emily and Portland's Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone who wants to feel great, get one on one personal training and change their life.
