I was pretty freaked out when I first went in to Multistate Transmission. This thing could have ruined me! I didn't have any money to get it fixed again. Tom was completely honest with me, and he took care of everything. Even though it was out of warranty by about 1000 miles, he didn't charge a dime. He towed my car and everything. Tom and Multistate Transmission completely took care of me. They were absolutely fantastic.
