I have been using Rover Oaks to board my dog for six years. I have been so pleased with the care my dog receives, as well as the customer service I have received. It makes me feel so much more comfortable and confident leaving my dog when the staff take the time to get down on my dog's level and greet her before leading her to the back. When I call to check on her while she is being boarded, I either am able to speak with someone immediately or I get a return call in a reasonable amount of time and I receive a detailed and honest update on how my dog is doing.
