The Walgreens pharmacy on Cloverdale in Winston Salem has got to be the worst pharmacy ever. Talk about bad customer service and you'll be talking about Walgreens. Here's what happened. I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription I'd dropped off earlier in the day. I go up to the counter and I'm the ONLY customer there. Further, there was no one there when I walked up (from the front of the store). I wait...and wait....no response from "Latefaah" that's behind the counter on the computer. Finally after standing there for 3 minutes I ask if there's anyone that can help me. No response...ask again and get "I'll be with you in a minute". Three more minutes pass with no help. I realize that 6 minutes doesn't seem like a long time, but it's an eternity when you are standing there getting no help.
