I hate this pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is the slowest I've ever seen. I've tried going inside to get my prescriptions and the drive thru - both take forever. I had hoped that walking in would prompt the staff to move more quickly. Nope - doesn't happen. more

Worst Pharmacy Ever 3/21/2011

The Walgreens pharmacy on Cloverdale in Winston Salem has got to be the worst pharmacy ever. Talk about bad customer service and you'll be talking about Walgreens. Here's what happened. I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription I'd dropped off earlier in the day. I go up to the counter and I'm the ONLY customer there. Further, there was no one there when I walked up (from the front of the store). I wait...and wait....no response from "Latefaah" that's behind the counter on the computer. Finally after standing there for 3 minutes I ask if there's anyone that can help me. No response...ask again and get "I'll be with you in a minute". Three more minutes pass with no help. I realize that 6 minutes doesn't seem like a long time, but it's an eternity when you are standing there getting no help. more

SLOW Pharmacy 9/19/2010

If speed of service if what you want then this is not the pharmacy for you. They are slower than molasses in February. That statement goes for both the drive thru and the pharmacy counter inside the store. more
