We have a Thermador oven that the main board needed repair. We have been without an oven for three months and the entire experience with Action Appliance has been a fiasco. They first sent out a repairman that couldn't even figure out how to take the oven apart. I told them to never send that guy again and send someone out who actually understood how to take apart an oven. They did send someone a week later that was competent and he took away the master control board saying it needed to be rebuilt. There were issues with rebuilding this board because Thermador no longer supported this oven... every interaction with getting the board rebuilt was made difficult by the main customer service person at the company who seems to think it's ok to berate and chide any customer that she doesn't care for. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life.
