Right after putting my house on the market, my dryer goes out. Not a good thing to have dirty laundry piling up while prospective buyers are looking at your home. I call Action Appliance on a Thursday. Not only was the own of the company at my home that afternoon, I asked the customer service lady, if they could hold any payment til the next day (payday). They obliged. My dryer needed certain parts that had to be ordered. He ordered them while standing in my laundry room and found that they wouldn't arrive until Saturday. They came in as promised and the owner gave me a call. I was currently kicked out of my home for 2 showings so he said he could come first thing SUNDAY morning!! He was here by 9:15 am. I saw that he was having trouble putting the vent back on and he said that they particular vent I had was awful to work with (I believe it because I AM cheap). He replaced it with one he had in his van. I asked him to let me pay for it and he said not to worry about it! How can you get better than someone willing to come out on a Sunday morning and throws in a free dryer vent. The gentleman was very nice and professional. Highly recommend!! As far as the above reviewer...I feel like you get better customer service when you, yourself are respectful and polite as well.
