I was in an accident and the insurance company sent me to The Body Shop. I didn't have to wait to be seen, they gave me an idea of what to expect and even gave me options for things I didn't know I had available to me.
However, the work took longer than I had expected. I was told it would take about a week and it ended up taking them three weeks to totally fix it. I realize that was because of the extent of the damage, and they kept finding things wrong, but it still would have been nice to know how long I was going to need a rental. They were really good about communicating, and called me to let me know the progress of things as they went.
The end results are great, my car looks so nice. I think they went over and beyond what I expected from them. You really can't say that about every company you deal with either, so I think it's really refreshing to work with people who do. I think they have outstanding customer service, great communication, are very honest and really care about their customers.
