Paid for 2 games of bowling but unfortunately only had receipts for 6 out of the 8 people we were with....so when we got cut off half way through the second game and tried to complain, we were told that unless we were able to come up with the other receipts, too bad. So after a large argument, we were thrown out of the place over $6 dollars. So congratulations Big Al's, I hope that extra money was worth it, we just wanted to finish our game. I did appreciate the managers smirk and total unwillingness to discuss the issue in any sort of rational way, he simply just preferred to hide behind his security.
