i purchased my first MB recently from MB of cary. our sales contact was stanley james who did a very good job without the annoying attitude many of the car sales guys show. he responded to calls and emails promptly and made all necessary arrangements very quick. we knew exactly what we wanted and stanley found it for us. after our car "got lost" temporarily for unknown reasons, stanley made up for the delay and delivered the car on the evening of valentines day. i am happy to hear they now offer service pick up and drop off in chapel hill, i think that is a good (and much needed) customer service. more
