I am writing on behalf of my daughter. I have spoken with her on numerous occasions regarding the way she was treated by your personnel during her very recent visits to the Savannah store. The service was not much better as the day after she picked up her car from you, she broke down on the highway at 10:00 pm for the same problem she thought had been taken care of. She had been there twice! Pitiful!! She is at her wits end and doesn't deisre to go back and speak with the manager, because she is "scared" of him, and doesn't want to re-live her experience.\r

You are no doubt charged with providing a "service" to many people. How about living up to that charge, and beginning with the store manager? I wouldn't go into Pep Boy's if I broke down in the driveway, nor will my daughter.
