One of the worst customer service experiences I've had, if I didn't still own the $50 dollar gift card I wouldn't go back to Best Buy. The rep were scares and seemed afraid of human contact, after finally (what I though was) gaining the attention of a rep as soon as we gained eye contact he turned away acted as if he didn't hear me and ran off. No one else came back I then left the store called a friend to help guide me to what I needed and the second time in the store the only store rep that spoke was the guard saying goodnight..twice. If I can help it I won't be going back to that store and when the card is finished I probably won't be back to Best Buy
