worst service ever 2/26/2011

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had, if I didn't still own the $50 dollar gift card I wouldn't go back to Best Buy. The rep were scares and seemed afraid of human contact, after finally (what I though was) gaining the attention of a rep as soon as we gained eye contact he turned away acted as if he didn't hear me and ran off. No one else came back I then left the store called a friend to help guide me to what I needed and the second time in the store the only store rep that spoke was the guard saying goodnight..twice. If I can help it I won't be going back to that store and when the card is finished I probably won't be back to Best Buy more

Not the Best Buy 5/25/2005

Okay, while I admit, they have great deals from time to time, their name doesn't always ring true. I mostly go to my neighborhood Best Buy in search of DVD's and music, but seldom go there anymore simply because I can find better prices elsewhere. Furthermore, this Best Buy, like the others I have been to in the past, does not greatly focus on customer service. The staff is very unfriendly and impersonal, and for me, the whole warehouse style shopping is kind of outdated. more

Bad Customer Service 5/21/2005

I've never been impressed with Best Buy and have had SEVERAL bad experiences in this store. They have failed to follow their own policies and have been rude to me. I would never buy an item there that is not a loss leader (aka free after rebate or drastically reduced item to drive traffic during holidays). I will take my business elsewhere....they are not the "best buy" in town. more
