We scheduled an appointment online with Urban Forest to come out and give us an estimate on trimming several trees on our property. The employee did not show up on time and phoned us to inform us that he would be an additional twenty-five minutes late. When he did arrive he made the off handed comment saying, "So, this is your little tree huh?" concerning our thirty-five foot silver maple with beautiful, elaborate, exposed root structure. After my husband explained how he wanted the tree trimmed, our main concerning being keeping the long, heavy branches from falling on our roof, the employee's response was, "We don't do that kind of work." My husband asked why not and the employee said, "That's butchery! That's not tree trimming!" My husband than asked what his solution would be, "To move the house?"
