We moved into our Cleveland home about a year and a half ago. Our bathtub has been fairly stopped up for several months, but we didn't ever get around to calling a plumber Finally it stopped draining completly so I called Roto-Rooter and they had sent Mike (Technician Number 1063) to take a look at it. He was out within a couple hours, took a look at the problem and gave me a free estimate of what it would take to fix it. Mike was really nice and even took the time to help me with a drain plug when he finished. The tub is draining great now.\r
