as a person who worked there i have to say the unit manger on b wing treats and talks to all her aid like they are scum and she the best thing in the world and she told me one day that all the stress is taken a toll on her. now the lpns and cnas are wonderful but if u need to talk to a person about ur loved ones theres i do not recoomend b wing unit manger i think they be best to fire her and i have to say 3-11 is short handed cause she fires everyone or they quit cause of the way she treats them i nurse quit cause of the way she treats her aids and i can say she sucks as a nurse she a rn and she dose nothing but sit in her office or on the phone she dose not offer a helping hand no matter how much we need it she just walks around telling us to move fastrer never tells anyone how great there doing or anything so please just think twice
