Ok, I've been to the famous Park and Orchard at least a dozen times over the past few years, and tonight was the last time.
First of all, not everything goes with mashed sweet potatoes, and that includes chicken parmigiana.
Secondly, they are almost always out of whatever it is I went there to order.
Third, they have no idea what a reservation means. On the last four visits, I arrived ten minutes prior to my reservation, and was made to wait 30-45 minutes to be seated. Tonight, after a half hour I told them that this was the fourth and last time they were going to fail to honor my reservation.
The atmosphere attempts to be casual chic, but does so in such a pretentious way. The food is outrageously overpriced. If you want to show off your knowledge of wines, then take your friends, wait at the bar for an hour, and you'll be fine. Just be sure to pick a wine that goes with mashed sweet potatoes.
