I will never step foot in this bakery again! We had just moved to town and J's Bakery came with high recommendations. I bought a carrot cake for my daughter's birthday. It was very dry, almost like it had been frozen, thawed and iced. It was terrible. We returned the cake with only two pieces missing and was told the manager would contact me. I never heard from anyone. I then went to their store three separate times and was told I could not have my money back.On the third visit my husband went with me and we were only offered another cake. I chose a red velvet cake and it was as dry as the first one. Terrible! You will never speak to the owners and the employees can not refund money. Once you but it is yours. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I'm definitly a bad missionary spreading the word of their terrible cakes and horrible customer service.
