My last appointment was in 2010. I waited in the patient room for 50 minutes and then received a 5 minute exam and the doc was off. I then recieved a sizable bill because insurance didn't cover it all. I talked to the billing department and they were friendly. Then I was passed on to the office manager. My experience went from bad to worse. She was so unprofessional. Didn't listen to my concerns. And she put most of the blame on me. I was shocked. I didn't know what to say. So I am looking for another office that treats people with care. For the amount of the bill you would think I would have.
