Larry Garrett is just as bad as the people he serve you know what they are but his character is questionable. He took about all his clients like they our low life's when he is the one he will tell your business to anybody who is willing to listen. He took my money and did not pay what he was suppose to pay both him and Chuck Brown are poor business people that can not be trusted you go to them for help not to get rip off . I believe both of them are on the take. The bottom line is their values and business ethics are below standard I would not trust them because they are not people of integrity. Even though you want to see black business strive and do well this is a black business that I would not support again or advise anyone to go to for help. On the other hand, I would advise people to go to Sam English who have been in business over 25 years and have been a positive impact in the community. You will not be taken a chance with them.
