The receptionist is rude...there's no reason to keep people from knowing where they stand. There were four people in the waiting room and after two hours of waiting without any word...we're still here. If you hold contempt towards people that get sudden illness on the weekend, quit accepting walk-ins or hire a staff that doesn't resent walk-ins. Nobody wants to be here...no need to make the experience worse.
