Called to schedule 2 neuters, just moved to the area not long ago and the receptionist asked if they have been there before, I advised her no I'm new to the area but the reviews for this Hospital are very good. She simply said we don't take new clients and sat on the line breathing, waiting for me to say something I guess... How about a recommendation then, maybe an I'm sorry, or better yet get a job you like because your reflection on this clinic just shot it all to hell!
