Dr. Seagren has been our family vet for many, many years. He is a very caring man, and is not all about the money. He does excellent work, and makes it affordable so that people can get vet care for their pets. I feel blessed that I found him years ago. The staff is great also. My family has been going to eastland animal hospital for atleast 25 years and words cant really describe how wonderful this place and people really are. Thank Goodness for them.\r \r As for Arron M. who was knocking them in previous review. They dont take new clients because he has so many devoted people who never leave. YOU ARE SO WRONG! etc... more

Miracle Worker 3/3/2011

our Dog has been coming to Dr. Gary for 9 years. he is the best and his staff is nice and keeps you laughing. my Peanut had major surgery today and I was not only worrying about but the cost, and I told Dr. Gary could I make payments and he said yes this tookl alot of worry off my mind. that is why I say they are the BEST!! \r would not trade them for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Called to schedule 2 neuters, just moved to the area not long ago and the receptionist asked if they have been there before, I advised her no I'm new to the area but the reviews for this Hospital are very good. She simply said we don't take new clients and sat on the line breathing, waiting for me to say something I guess... How about a recommendation then, maybe an I'm sorry, or better yet get a job you like because your reflection on this clinic just shot it all to hell! more

These people are a GOD send to animals, they are not about money, office charges, I don't know what I would of done without them, they do not hesitate to give you what you need over the counter., always more than helpful in answering your questions, I recommend everyone there. more

I have been a client of Eastland Animal Hospital for over 25 years and would highly recommend it for your companion animals. Dr Gary and his staff are caring and professional, especially when you have to do the last and hardest thing that a loving human must do for his or her fur-kid. more

Eastland Animal Hospital is the best vet in Lexington 9/21/2009

I accidentally ran over my cat in the driveway. I took him to a clinic on the south end of Lexington because it was the weekend. The vet told me that the cat needed surgery and that he was the only vet in Lexington that could do this type of surgery and that it would be two thousand dollars. I could not afford that, so I took my cat home and on Monday morning I took him to my vet at Eastland Animal hosp thinking I would have the cat put to sleep. Dr. Gary told me he could do the surgery and only charged me two hundred and fifty dollars. The cat is perfectly fine. Dr. Gary is a great doctor and surgeon. This is the best vet office in Lexington. more

The Best! 2/18/2009

I have been going to Dr. Seagren's for over 10 years. The way he cares about the animals he sees is unmatched anywhere in town. The service and caring is excellent and you won;t a nicer staff. You would be missing out and loosing a lot to go anyplace else. more

If it's not too far a drive, this is the best animal hospital in Lexington. They don't rob you like other hospitals and the care is better than most high-end establishments. Dr and staff are courteous, caring and overall a pleasure to know and work with.\r I highly recommend this hospital to those who love their pets. more

The Best Vet in the World 12/14/2008

We have been going to Eastland Animal Hospital for at least 20 years not to date Dr. Gary. They are the BEST Vet Clinic in Lexington. You could not ask for a better or more devoted team of experts and at a reasonable price. They have seen us through the lives of many of our pets and treated us and our pets with dignity and given the best advice and care anyone could expect. Dr. Gary is devoted to the care of Pets and what is best for them he is a very special vet and I am proud to have him as not only my vet but consider him and his staff to be our friends as well. You cannot miss with this clinic. more

Lexingtons Finest with your pets 6/24/2008

You could not ask for a better class of down home folks to help with your pets whether by phone or visit if there's any better I've yet to hear of them or meet them Dr.Gary has donated his time and services to vaccinate animals at the third street fire station for the past two years and probably longer they are really just all around altogether an awesome crew more

Great vet 11/29/2007

I love this place! The facility is not fancy but the staff is very friendly and honest. I had been charged almost three times the amount at a local chain vet for the same service that I received here. I feel they are very trustworthy and earnestly are interested in doing what is best for your pet (not what is best for their pocketbook) more

A great place to take your pets 7/9/2005

This place is the greatest, I called because we had just gotten a kitten, and she needed to be wormed. She said come on in and get the meds for it. I didn't even have to bring the kitten in. I walked in got the meds, paid for it and was out the door. Didn't bring any stress on the kitty what so ever. I recommened ya take your animals they. They truely care about the animal, not how much money they can get out of ya. more

This practice is a real gem in Lexington. It is down home service in the city. The staff truly cares about your animals. And is more than happy to answer questions. Dr Gary is very loving with your pet. He doesn't require you to have test unless it is for the best of the animal. He has told me more than once we don't need to do something.
